Our Founders Pledge

I started my career in social care in the early 1990’s just as the Community Care Act was being finalised. Over the years, I’ve held many roles, from Care Worker to Trainer, Registered Manager to Commercial Director and many others in between.

As Chief Executive of Optimo Care Group I am privileged to also lead the Choices Homecare team, a team dedicated to delivering a service to be proud of!

I will always strive to lead and develop services in line with our PRIDE values and for the benefit of all our stakeholders.
