Get In Touch
We provide a wide range of professional services to meet your needs. We promise to provide every service with a smile, and to your highest level of satisfaction.
Home care is usually planned as a series of daily visits at agreed times across the day and for an appropriate length of time. These visits can include the following as a guide (this list is not exhaustive but gives an idea of some of the assistance we can provide):
Personal Care – bathing, washing, catheter care, continence management
Personal grooming – help with dressing or undressing, hair, teeth
Mobility assistance – all our staff are trained to use equipment and adaptations
Our visits can be of a flexible duration and our care plans allow for movement in times and days to reflect a person’s social activities and requirements.
Cleaning, laundry and ironing,
Shopping and escorted trips out,
Dog walking and plant care,
Meals and nutrition – fully prepared hot meals, a sandwich or heating, through a ready meal, the choice is yours,
Baking, support to attend social events,
Gardening and spring cleaning.
The range is entirely led by how you live your life. We provide these services to many people from young families with time constraints, to older people that need a hand. We can come at a time that suits you and staff you can rely on!
We regularly support people to come home, either as a rapid response or as a more planned discharge. Either way we understand the importance of getting it right. We can help with:
Discharge planning, care planning and advice on changes to the home environment,
Ongoing care and help at home, to assist with the process of orientation and where appropriate regaining precious independence,
Liaising with community professionals, such as district nurses, physiotherapists, etc
Planning the duration of support and linking with families or other support structures.
As all our services, we can chat this through with you and explain in easy terms how we can help!
We can provide a fully referenced, trained and experienced care or support worker to help your relative or friend so you can have this short break. Often this might be to enable a shopping trip or special event. It could be an afternoon, an overnight stay or even a week or two. We offer this flexibly to ensure that your requirements and peace of mind come first.
Our staff are trained in all aspects of care and support, as well as medication and safe use of equipment and aids.
Whether you need some companionship or if you have some specific health issues that mean you require extra support, 24-hour live in care provides a realistic and affordable alternative to moving into a residential care home.
