What Are the PRIDE Awards?

The PRIDE Awards recognise team members who live out our shared values – Person Centred, Responsive, Innovation, Delight, Engagement – while making a real difference to those we support.

From new starters making waves, to long-serving leaders, to whole teams creating lasting impact – the awards shine a spotlight on individuals and groups who go above and beyond.

Nominations are open from 1st March to 31st May 2025. You can nominate a colleague, service user, or yourself – anyone across the Optimo Care Group who deserves to be recognised.

Each nomination should highlight:

• What the nominee did

• The impact it had

• How it reflects the award category
