Throughout 2024, our leaders participated in 10 interactive training sessions at the Oldham Athletic Events Centre. Each session was designed to be practical, engaging, and immediately applicable—with a mix of role-playing, quizzes, and team-building activities.

📌 Operational Excellence – Balancing efficiency with delivering exceptional care.
