I could not manage without my carers. They are all very nice, helpful, but at the same time, very professional. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I would recommend this care company to anyone.

Hello, my name is Lynn and I am the Registered Manager for Choices Homecare in Bolton & Bury.
I found my vocation in care when I was 17, meaning I have over 30 years experience in care. I started back when we didn’t have some of the benefits of the technology that we have now to assure the safety and wellbeing of people who use our service and our care teams working day and night within our communities. I have accrued a vast knowledge of care at home and the homecare sector over this time and I am pleased to say that I have been able to progress in my career from Care Worker to Care Coordinator, to Senior Coordinator, Care manager and now Registered Manager.
I like to make a difference everyday for my service users, for my care and office staff teams and I am very passionate about my role. I love to come to work to support a great team who make an impact and a difference to all who use our service. We enable individuals to remain in their own home which we believe contributes hugely to the wellbeing of people.

I have 25 years experience in the Health and social care sector.
I started as a Care assistant and volunteer activities assistant – I knew I’d found my career and couldn’t now imagine being in any other profession.
I have held a variety of roles during my career in the public, private and charity sector. Working with children, adults and older people with an array of complex health and social needs.
Most recently I have undertaken roles that focus on Quality and compliance and I know and understand that quality person centric care is the key to a successful service and to working with our clients to ensure they lead their support and always have choice and control over their lives.
I’m excited to have joined the fantastic team at Bolton and Bury, the team has a wealth of knowledge, experience and dedication to serving OUR community with outstanding care.
